This is the provisional DEM from the NASA Shuttle Radar Topography mission flown in February, 2000. Gaps in the data have been filled by our own algorithms in a way that emphasizes visual smoothness over hyrological continuity. This database will be expanded and updated as users desire data and as time permits.
